Strategic Roadmap 2021-2024

Dear Member,

Over the last few weeks, we held several Zoom townhall and engagement sessions to share our vision and the main priorities of the Strategic Roadmap 2021-2024.  

At each townhall, we played a short video HERE.  As promised during these townhalls, we are now sharing with you a detailed presentation with more details of these priorities HERE.

This presentation has been developed from what you told us through the in-depth interviews, the members survey and the findings from previous initiatives that you want for and from the club.

Your engagement with the process so far has been really encouraging.  Before we finalise the Strategic Roadmap, we want to give you a further opportunity to provide your feedback and thoughts for the future of our club.  Please email feedback@smcrfc.com with any thoughts, suggestions, ideas or concerns until 31st December 2020.

We will then finalise the Strategic Roadmap 2021-2024 and issue in January 2021.
