Dear Members,

You will recall that due to the prevailing Covid-19 restrictions last July, the Rugby Clubs AGM was held over the Zoom platform, with the intention of concluding the meeting and attending to the  deferred matters at a later date when physical gatherings were allowed.

The Officers are continuously monitoring restrictions with a view to completing all remaining matters listed on the Agenda at a time when gatherings of a sufficient number are allowed on the club premises or other such suitable venue. A standard notice will be given for this meeting, which is now most likely to happen in December 2020 or early 2021.
